We are here, to offer you a new B2B shopping experience, but if for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, we allow you to return your order within 5 working days of the date of receipt.
We don’t do exchanges, but we glandly offer you a refund for items you wish to return, on the following conditions:
- The jewels have not been used, they are in their original condition, with the shipping package, branding package & accompanying product cards, and the proof of sale.
- Once the jewelry is received and checked by FJ, your order will be refunded within 5 working days of the date we receive the jewelry. We will refund you, using your original payment method.
We may refuse any returns, that do not meet the above conditions.
Custom made and personalized orders are unable to be returned.
The shipping costs is charged to the buyer.
